Almost a decade of unwavering service at Entebbe Regional Referral Hospital, Ayikoru Juliet stands as a true symbol of dedication, compassion, and professional excellence in Uganda’s nursing fraternity. A proud Cohort 2021 Top-Up Alumna of Clarke International University, Juliet’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.
Juliet began her noble path in healthcare with a Certificate in Nursing from Arua School of Nursing and Midwifery. She later advanced to a Diploma from Mulago and eventually earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from CIU. Along the way, she enriched her expertise through numerous short courses and trainings—always striving to become better for those she serves.
“I am a self-motivated senior nurse—called to serve, mentored to excel, trained for hard work, and commissioned for quality output,” she says proudly.
Her work ethic is unmatched. With the ability to deliver maximum output under minimal supervision, Juliet has not only earned the respect of her colleagues but has also become a beacon of leadership and mentorship within her institution.
Juliet’s interpersonal skills and warmth have cultivated strong relationships both professionally and personally. Her outlook on life—rooted in self-love, a deep reverence for God, and a youthful spirit—has shaped her into a woman who brings light to every space she walks into.
Whether she’s coordinating patient care or attending alumni events, Juliet embodies what it means to Lead. Innovate. Transform.—the core values of CIU.
To Juliet, outings and celebrations are a way to recharge and stay connected, and her passion for soft skills makes her a compassionate caregiver and a relatable mentor.
